After you’ve assessed who you will partner with, be sure to assign roles to each one. Each partner’s role should serve their goals and contribute to the outcomes of your local urban forestry career pathway.

Be sure to have each partner sign up to fulfill at least two roles and commit to fulfilling those roles for at least two cohorts of program participants to allow for lessons learned to be implemented the second time.
